Do you ship out of country?
We ship to the USA and Canada.
Do you use Artificial Intelligence?
No, all of our designs are hand made by our lead designer using their actual imagination, actual intelligence and authentic ideas. We also don’t use bulk image or template services like Canva. Our product listing images are created using Adobe stock photos, however we endeavour to omit any AI-generated backgrounds for those listings, but we can’t guarantee every product listing excludes AI. However, we can guarantee our designs and illustrations are all hand made. Our designs are sometimes done using traditional methods like sketching, painting and coloring; and other times we may use digital drawing tools, which are still drawn by hand and designed with our own brains.
How long does delivery take?
We try to get your product in the mail within 24 business hours. If you live in the USA, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, due to borders. In Canada please allow up to 10 days after the order is fulfilled.
Do you accept custom orders or commissions?
Yes, we accept commission requests! 50% of the fee will need to be provided up front, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon final approval of the commission and prior to delivery. We do not provide free products or services for social media exposure. Please reach out to support@chickndoodle.com with your request and we will get back to you!
What are your operating hours?
We are open for customer service from 10 AM to 3 PM, Vancouver time, Monday to Friday. We spend the rest of the day on design and fulfillment. We’re closed on weekends and Holidays please check our website for specific information on those dates.
Do you do collaborations?
Yes, provided there is a good match between our businesses, we will consider a collaboration. Please see our “Work with Me” page to contact us. Please note, we do not collaborate for free social media exposure.
